house for sale

There is No Zoning Here I mean none you can put a bus on your land and live in it .What if there is no Zoning. Most people have business in there home Grocery store in living room,Taro reading and Bait for sale out of garage.Ha Ha LOL its true .So If i understand correctly I can list however i want if there is no zoning codes. Madison Maine only has Zoning in the downtown area.

So what you are saying is that you will sell this home as a commercial property or business? If there is no zoning, ordinances, or other rules or regulations in place, you can sell it anyway you like. The problem is most buyers steer away from areas with no zoning and you must put it in your listing. Many even steer away from tracks with no HOA’s because a non-regulated neighborhood is not always ideal. What if someone wants to raise pigs on their property or repair vehicles in their front yard. It would certainly be an eyesore and it would detract from the sale of any home in the neighborhood. True, you have no fees to pay but it is a huge risk to own a home in an area with no zoning. You can list anyway you like if your county has no zoning but it is always best to ask a Realtor in the state you own the home. They can tell you stright up and it wont cost a dime and you dont have to use them for the sale. They can tell you the pros and cons for free. Good Luck
